Answer

Find out the how many cords will he make .

To prove

Let us assume that the number of cords will be make be x .

As given

boy scout has 3 meters of rope.

He\ cuts\ the\ rope\ into\ cords\ (3)/(5)m\ long

Than the equation becomes

(x*3)/(5) = 3

solving the equation

x = (3* 5)/(3)

x = 5

Therefore the number of cords will be make be 5 .

Hence proved
