We want to obtaint y=ax+b form, lets do this
8x-5y=-10 /-8x (subtract 8x both sideS)
-5y=-8x-10 /:-5 divide both sides by -5
y=
(-8)/(-5) x+2
y=
(8)/(5) x+2 - its the answer
