Since the lines are parallel, the slope in the new equation will be the same as the given equation, -1. To find the new equation, take the slope and the point given and plug them into the point-slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1) and simplify:

y-0=-1(x-3)
y=-1x+3 --- your answer
