Protons: Total of 10 - All oxygen
Electrons: Total of 10 - 8 from the oxygen atom & one from each of the hydrogen atoms
Neutrons - 8
One molecule of water is 18.015 amu.

Protons: 10 (8 from Oxygen, 1 from each Hydrogen)
Neutrons: 8 (All from Oxygen, Hydrogen has 0)
Electrons: 10 (8 from O, 2 from each H)
Atomic Number: N/A, isn't a single element on the periodic table
Atomic Mass: 18 g/mol
