Yes, There is social structure in school. You have the principal, staff, teachers, students, and custodians. One reason I think this is because everything lines up. Principles as the Brahman, Staff as Kshatriya, Teachers as Vaishya, Students as Shudra, and custodians and janitors as Untouchables.

2. What are the positives and negatives of having a social structure? There are a lot of negatives, but also some positives. If you're in the lower levels, then you might not have money, rights, or you would be even treated unfairly. But, if you're in higher levels then you get positives. You would get treated like a king, you would have a lot of benefits and luxury.
