Whatis the slope of the line whose equation is 2x - 4y=10?

The slope of the line is 1/2.
Add '4y' to both sides of the equation, then subtract '10' both sides.
then you get 4y = 2x - 10
divide the equation by 4
you get: y = 1/2 x - 2.5
the equation for a straight line is y = mx + c where m is the slope
