1. Wear clothing that will keep the moisture in. This is not recommended.

The correct answer is 1.

When exercising in the heat you need to stay hydrated, decrease your intensity, ideally exercise when the weather is slightly cooler and wear clothing that allows your skin to breath and sweat, this will keep you cooler. If you wear clothing that will keep in the moisture you will overheat and pass out.
