I'm sure there were specific answers they were looking for from your book, but here's a few possibilities; 1. Exercise 2. Healthy eating 3. Getting the right amount of sleep (that includes not sleeping too much) 4. Replace unhealthy coping methods with healthy ones 5. Practise positive thinking
