How would I simplify this?

Applying rules of logs, we get:

(8/13) ln 3 = ln h - ln 12

= ln h - ln 3 - ln 4 <= because ln b*c = ln b + ln c

Then (8/13) ln 3 + ln 3 = ln h - ln 4, or

(21/13) ln 3 + ln 4 = ln h

3^(21/13) * 4 = h <= because ln b*c = ln b + ln c
