The process in which members of a species leaves an area where they live is called "emigration." This is not to be confused with immigration, which is the process in when an outsider arrives to a foreign area. The process of emigration is when the member leaves the area.

This process is called emigration. It is a process where a part of the population goes outside its boundaries or zone in order to allow the expation of such population, when for natural state has become too large or threat the balance of the biomed. Immigration, on the other hand, is when outside member of different population come into another population.
