You have the following points:

A(-3,4)

B(0,1)

C(4,2)

When you apply a reflection around the y axis, you obtain:

T(x,y) => (-x,y)

Then, for the given points you obtain:

A(-3,4) => A'(3,4)

B(0,1) => B'(0,1)

C(4,2) => C'(-4,2)

Then, from the points if the options, you can conclude that the point (0,3) is NOT one of the point of the reflected image.
