$P=2L+2W\\\\P=34\ \ \ \ \ \ W=6.5\\\\34=2L+2\cdot6.5\\34=2L+13\\34-13=2L\\2L=21\ \ \ \ \ |:2\\L=10.5\\\\Length\ is\ equal\ 10.5$
