Half Cell Reaction:
ClO3¯ ---> Cl2
Cl¯ ---> ClO2Balance them:
10e¯ + 12H+ + 2ClO3¯ ---> Cl2 + 6H2O
2H2O + Cl¯ ---> ClO2 + 4H+ + 5e¯
