How much work (in joules) is done in moving a charge of 2.5 _C a distance of 53 cm along an equipotential at 10 V? I got -2.25e-5 is this correct?

Since the field is equipotential. Thus, change in potential is 0 and thus
Work = charge x change in potential = 2.5 x 10^-6 x 0 = 0.

Requires work is 0 joules.
