3 6 9 12 15. These numbers will be your domain and also what you plug in for x because it fits on the graph.

so your equation for all of these would be this:

f(x)=5.25 (x)

so

f(3)=5.25 (3)
15.75

f(6)=5.25 (6)
31.5

f(9)=5.25 (9)
47.25

f(12)=5.25 (12)
63

f(15)=5.25 (15)
