83 divided by 9 equals 9.2222
9 multiplied by 9 equals 81
83 subtract 81 equals 2
there will be 2 left over

If He Has 9 Friends, Then Each Of Them Will Get 9 Stamps Which Equals To 81. So There Will Be 2 Stamps Left
