$((4)/(9))/((5)/(9))=\ \ \ \ | multiply\ first\ fraction\ by\ inverse\ of\ the\ second\\\\ (4)/(9)*(9)/(5)=(4)/(5)\\\\Solution\ is\ (4)/(5).$

4/9*9/5 you have to reciprocate the 5/9 since you want to change division to multiplication.
So 36/45 is the answer
