U can turn 490 into 500 cuz 9 in the tens place is bigger than 5 and u turn 8 into a 10 cuz theses are the best compatible number that I can think of right now. I hoped it helped.

when you divide 490 divide by 8 you will get 61 R 2 because I did 61 times 8 is 488 then add 2 it makes it 490
