The correct answer is increased precipitation.

The conversion of water molecules into water vapor by the effect of heat is called evaporation. The increase in surface area of sea water will increase the evaporation. Increase in evaporation will increase the precipitation because more water will be deposited in the clouds as a effect of increased evaporation which will aid to increased precipitation.
