During Interphase, G1 represents the cell at its normal functions after the last mitosis, S represents the phase of the replication of the DNA, and G2 represents the preparation phase for the second Mitosis.
So usually, the cell grows and is active during G1.

So this cell is going through the subphase G1 of the interphase.
