Native Americans' population declined because of infighting within the tribes, because of wars with the colonists but mostly because of the new diseases brought to their land by the colonists that their body was not use to and that their immune system could not fight off.  -- Also because of population resulting in spreading of diseases -equals more death due to undeveloped medical tech

they encountered many European diseases which led to death cause they didn't know how to heal themselves since they were not used to them and since they weren't used to it neither were their immune system which meant their immune system was weak which led to many deaths
