Write the equation of a line. parallel to 2x-3y=6 and passing through (-2,5)

3y = 2x - 6
y = 2/3x - 2

y = 2/3x + c , ( - 2, 5 )
5 = 2/3 ( -2 ) + c
3c = - 6
c = - 2
y = 2/3x - 2
