a law has been tested multiple times and confirmed. A theory is simply an idea, such as black holes. we need to gather evidence of a black holes existence, but we have never actually seen or recorded a black hole.

Answer:

Explained

Step-by-step explanation:

A theory is a well-tested, widely recognized clarification that mixes numerous explanations and proposition. Whereas, a law is a declaration about how something acts or purposes in the natural world. A law cannot be altered or substituted, and it is a truthful statement. Theories are founded on recurrent experiments and experimental approaches change. Occasionally these new approaches deliver new information and theories are altered or substituted.
