Its not possible, there are 4 total and 3 drinks, so they didn't receive their own each, one of them didn't receive a drink at all, or one of them shared their drink with the one who didn't get one. So basically 3/4 received a drink.

One is a grandfather, one is a father, and the other is a son. Two fathers and two sons, but only 3 people since the father is both a dad and a son.
