Because it gives everyone the right to freedom of thought, freedom of speech, and the right to vote in general election. However, this should be your OWN answers, right? How it is important to YOU.

The U.S. Constitution is important because it gives everyone the right to freedom of thought, freedom of speech, and the right to vote in general election. These rights are what give the citizens a voice and that is critical in achieving and maintaining a successful government.
