1 pill per 30 mins
3 total pills
30 mins times 3 pills = 1 hour and 30 mins
It would take one hour and 30 minitutes before all the pills would have been taken.

One hour. You take the first pill, then wait a half hour and take the second pill, then at the hour mark you take the third and last pill.
