I think that you are asking for the slope intercept so in order to get y=mx+ b mx=slope b= y-intercept. You goal is to get the Y by itself and equal to 1 so 2x-2y= -4 -2x -2x (^this gets cancelled out) -2y= -2x -4 /-2 /-2 /-2 Y= 1/2 + 2
