If this is all there is to the equation it would not have an asymptote. F(x) =3x+4 is a linear equation and it's domain(possible x values) would be all real numbers. Therefore you would not have a vertical asymptote. This also results in having a range (possible y values) of all real numbers. Again, there would be no horizontal asymptote.
