(2,-6)....slope of -34
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = -34
(2,-6)...x1 = 2 and y1 = -6
now we sub...pay attention to ur signs
y - (-6) = -34(x - 2) = ....not done yet
y + 6 = -34(x - 2) <== ur answer
