It is not always, because substitute x with any number you want. I used 4.
6+8*4-9= 29.
11*4+14-3*4=46.
They aren't the same therefore the answer is not always.
I also did it with one through ten and none of their answers were equal to the other equations answers so never equal

Answer:

Never true

Explanation:

Given is an equation in x

6+8x-9=11x+14-3x

We find that this is a linear equation in x.

Simplifying we get

8x-3 = 8x+14\\-3 =14 cancelling 8x

This is absurd as -3 can never be equal to 14.

This implies this is never true for any value of x.
