1.(x-3)/4=1.(x-2)/3
(x-3)/4=(x-2)/3
3x-9=4x-8
x=-1

(1/4x-3/4)=(1/3x-2/3)
3/12x-9/12=4/12x-8/12
-1/12=1/12x
-1=x
