we have

2x-2y=6 ------> equation
1

4x+4y=28 ------> equation
2

Multiply by
2 the equation
1

4x-4y=12 ------> equation
3

Sum equation
2 and equation
3

4x+4y=28\\ 4x-4y=12\\ ------\\ 8x=40\\ x=40/8\\ x=5

Substitute the value of x in the equation
2

4x+4y=28

4*5+4y=28\\ 4y=28-20\\ 4y=8\\ y=8/4\\y=2

therefore

the answer is the option B
