Base ten blocks can't be broken apart, so if you want to solve this question, you can use one blocks. Although it may take a long time to solve larger numbers with blocks, you'll learn long division soon (it's not that hard!) and dividing will become much quicker and less tedious!
If there are 22 base ten blocks and 8 one blocks (228), you'd need to divide them into 6 different groups.
In the end, you should get 38 in each group!
