Step 1. X -4x + 12 + 7 = 6 -1x +4
Step 2. -3x + 12 + 7 = 10 - 1x
Step 3. -3x + 19 = 10 - 1x
Step 4. -2x + 19 = 10
Step 5. -2x = -9
Step 6. X = 4.5
Therefore x = 4.5

What is x in x - 4 (x - 3) + 7 = 6 - (x - 4)
