The slope of the line = y2 -y1 / x 2 - x1 = ( -7 -3) / ( 4 + 1) = -2. The answer is -2.

m slope (-1,3) x'=-1 y'=3

(4,-7) x"=4 y"= -7

slopes formula

m. (x'-x")=y'-y"

m. (-1-4)=3-(-7)

m.-5=3+7

m.-5=10


answer is B
