2pi radians=360 degrees
rato and proprtion
xrad/(2pi)=ydeg/360
xrad/2pi=82/360
times both sides by 2pi
xrad=164pi/360
xrad=41pi/90
aprox pi=3.141592
xrad=1.431
round
xrad=1.43 radians
1.43 radians=82 degrees
