mole ratio:
2 CH3COOH + Ba(OH)2 = Ba(CH3COO)2 + 2 H2O
2 moles CH3COOH -------------- 1 mole Ba(OH)2
0.445 moles CH3COOH --------- ??
0.445 x 1 / 2
=>
0.2225 moles of Ba(OH)2
