Considering your replacement set is only 4 numbers, you could solve this problem through substitution. One at a time substitute the values of the replacement set into the inequality and record which ones yield a true statement. To solve this inequality, you must multiply/divide by flipping the sides of the inequality and the sign itself. In this case, you would first add 3 to both sides giving you 4x > 8. Dividing both sides by 4 gives you x > 2. The solutions from the replacement set would be 2, 3, and 4.
