The answer is False. One and only one line goes through two distinct points. Points and lines do not need defined. All that is defined is how they relate to each other and the relationships must be consistent. Remember that you can postulate that at least two unique lines go through two distinct points and get a system that describes great circles as lines on the surface of a sphere.
