C. Cesium because ionization energy increases as you move from left to right across a period and from down up a column of the periodic table, making a diagonal pattern from the bottom left corner to the top right of the periodic table.

C the answer is cesium, study's show that it has the lowest ionization out of all elements. Hope this helped!
