One scientist discovered a new theory on the evolution of stars. Why is it necessary for scientists all over the world to agree with the theory before it can be accepted?

Because there has to be solid evidence and confidence in the hypothesis in order for it to become a theory; it cannot be based only on the thought of one person.

Answer:

No theory is acceptable until unless it is acceptable by experts in a particular field

Step-by-step explanation:

No theory is acceptable until unless it is acceptable by experts in a particular field and an expert will only believe when a theory has been tried and tested several time.

In case if even one group of experts do not agree with a particular theory , it clearly means that there are certain circumstances under which this theory can be rejected.

Hence, it necessary for scientists all over the world to agree with the theory before it can be accepted.
