What types of specimens were you able to view under each of the microscopes in the microscope activity? How did the specimen views differ?

I had this question with FLVS and here is what I wrote...

Through the TEM I was able to view a leaf and through the SEM, I was able to view an ant. TEM is used for the internal side of a specimen that cannot be view under light microscopes and SEM is typically used for details on the surface of a specimen.

An electron microscope is very powerful and allows you to see very tiny,thin specimens...
