How can you maintain a reasonable level of fitness as you get older? Is there a point at which fitness becomes irrelevant because of age?

as you get older it does get harder to move but you should still try to work out maybe not as much but still a consistent schedule and there really no age you should stop working out but if you feel it is time and you cant do what you use to you can always change how hard you work out
