Simple....

so if these lines are parallel....then the angles are easy to find...

They said that m<7=135 they want you to find m<4....

<5 and <7 are vertical angles so the m<5=135

Now...remember your relationships with your angles...

m<5+m<6=180

m<8+m<7=180


m<135+m<6=180

m<135+m<45=180

and

m<8+m<135=180

m<45+m<135=180

Now we know <5,6,7,8

Now use those angles to find the rest...

m<4+m<5=180

and

m<6+m<3=180

-->>

m<4+m<45=180

m<45+m<135=180

and

m<6 and m<3=180

m<45+m<3=180

m<45+m<135=180

So, the angle measure of m<4=45

Thus, your answer.
