Variable p: 6, 1, 2, 6, 5.5, 4, 6, 3, 6
Variable q: 15, 0, 1, 11, 9, 6, 13, 3, 14

Arranged in order.
Variable p: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.5, 6, 6, 6, 6
Variable q: 0, 1, 3, 6, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15

From the table, there are four different values of variable q corresponding to 6 in variable p, thus the association is not linear. However, the value of variable q increases as the value of variable p increases, thus the association is positive.

Therefore, options C and D are the correct answers.
