What are the odds of a person having a boy for their fourth child if the previous three children were all girls?

The odds is the ratio of the probability of an event occurring to that of its not occurring. P(boy) = 0.5. P(girl) = 0.5.
Therefore the odds of having a boy are 1:1.

i honestly would of have said its a  50/ 50 chance but I think it all depends on the gene.... hope this helps
