The answer is simply 41/50

multiply
(2)/(10) by 10 to get
(20)/(100) so that the fractions have equal denominators. then, add the 62 in
(62)/(100) with the 20 in
(20)/(100) to get
(82)/(100). when simplified, the answer is
(41)/(50)
