We have the coordinates for each point. The formula for the midpoint is

xm\text{ = }\frac{x1\text{ + x2}}{2}\text{ and ym = }\frac{y1\text{ + y2}}{2}

For A, we have x1 = 98, and y1 = 42.

For B, we have x2 = 18, and y2 = 21.

Using the equation for midpoint:

xm\text{ = }(98+18)/(2)=(116)/(2)=\text{ 58}

And

ym\text{ = }(42+21)/(2)=\text{ }(63)/(2)=\text{ 31}.5

Therefore, the midpoint C is located in coordinates (xm, my) = (58, 31.5)
