Simplify the following expession:

-3(4x - 5y + 6) + 8x - 9
Please help, I gave more points if the answer is right

(Each line would be a different step) 1. The expression is -3(4x-5y+6) +8x-9 2. First use distributive property -12x + 15y - 18 + 8x - 9 3. Combine like terms (in this case, we can only add the x's and the constant terms -12x + 8x + 15y -18 -9 which is -4x + 15y -27 The answer to your question would be -4x + 15y - 27
