Describe the main difference between the Bohr model of the atom and the Rutherford model

Bohr's Explanation of Stability. The Rutherford model had one problem: the energy expended by the orbiting electrons would eventually cause them to collapse into the nucleus, making the atom unstable. To explain the orbital model, Bohr proposed a quantum theory of electron rotation

Bohr suggested, that there are definitive shells of particular energy and angular momentum in which an electron can revolve. It was not in Rutherford's model
